Update : Now fixed by customer service UK. Thank You. , my house is fitted with 4 Kohler modulo showers. The Thermostatic mixer cartridges are obviously a bad batch and I could not increase the temperature enough

Replaced after 7 years

After 7 years, the door on my Torsion shower dropped and in order to use the shower I needed to lift it up before closing or opening the door. Contacted Kohler and discovered the fault was to do with the glass panel which is normally glued to top having lost its adhesion. After several emails to ensure the correct replacement , one was sent free of charge. Arrived safely and now fitted. Brilliant service and most helpful staff. Only problem was finding a plumber available to fit the replacement!!

Appalling customer service from Kohler UK

Surprisingly bad customer service. I have a lovely Kohler kitchen tap, a Kohler Karbon, which is now discontinued. The tap is very striking and is a design statement at the centre of our kitchen. It is 10 years old now though and obviously out of warranty. This is fine; nothing lasts forever. A few weeks ago the tap valve failed and I contacted Kohler UK to try to buy a replacement valve. They told me that it’s not possible to buy a valve and I should buy a new tap instead, although obviously not this model, because it’s no longer made. This was a tap that cost way over £1000 and the advice from Kohler was to throw it away and start again. This tap also needed two holes through the Corian worktop, so replacing it would also entail trying to invisibly fill a large hole in my worktop. I subsequently discovered that these valves are sold in the US, by Kohler themselves, but either Kohler UK cannot buy parts for their own products or they can’t be bothered to try. Given how much I spent to buy this tap, this really is miserable customer support and I really feel let down. I did eventually get the tap repaired. This entailed me establishing a US postal address (Kohler US do not ship internationally), buying from Kohler US and sending to my US postbox address, paying somebody to check the consignment and shipping to the UK. I was also without water in the kitchen for two weeks. Even though I really love this tap, I would not recommend this company, because they will not make any effort to help a customer in the U.K.

Really impressed with the help and assistance. Had issues with cartridge for an old shower. They took time to listen to my problem and help me get it sorted out. Very patient.

Great products and service - with a pleasant surprise from their team

Spoke with Kohler about spare parts for my bathroom that was installed over 4 years ago (as part of a new build) and rather then have to fix the item, they offered to send a new one, under warranty. I only contacted them to ask where to get the parts, so was very surprised and delighted that they proactively checked the warranty. Great that they stand by their products and I have to say that all of the sinks, showers, toilets and taps we installed still look like new, so very happy with the products and the service.
