Horrendous service, what ever you do dont use Kohler! After taking my money for an order, I tried chasing after 2 weeks. I had an instant email response ,,,,,,,,telling me how important I am....and that someone will read my email in 5-7 days!!!Wow I really am important! After spending hours (no exaggeration) trying to phone with only insulting voice messages telling me to go online!! (another corporation that has culled employees to the benefit of their greed and the to the detriment of customer service! After using a their sister company, I got transferred to the number I was originally dialing - they picked up immediately! Although I am so important and Kohler are so sorry, my situation is 1they took my money 2kohler will deliver when they like 3 I still await my order after 6 weeks!

My shower drain was blocked with what the Mira showers website refers to as 'hair and assorted gunk' I tried the baking soda and vinegar as they recommend, nice foam reaction, but stunk to hell. still blocked, so put branded rain cleaner down it. the seals rotted, had to call a plumber who said something about chemical reactions. I wouldnt advise following the cleaning tips on the mira showers website.

Refurbished and then took a s**t in my toilet without flushing disgusting personnel they will take your money happily though not surprised about all this bad partnership business I’ve been hearing in the news disgusting company

The sliding part of an 8-year old Daryl "Torsion" model shower door had debonded from the upper roller. After finding out Kohler now owns this brand, I contacted them whether they could recommend some kind of adhesive. I sent pictures and some explanatory notes and imagine my surprise that Kohler offered to send a replacement door free of charge - even when the warranty had expired! I fitted the door myself - it is very heavy - and am very pleased with the outcome.

Contacted Kohler recently regarding spares for a toilet and bidet. Calum was the consummate professional. His knowledge was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure my query was resolved and gave the reassurance that were I to have other issues, to call back. Thank you Calum for all your help and support. Steve

Contacted Kohler uk, to sort a spare part for my shower after our local supplier closed. Very good info and help from Sophie in customer relations, with part identified and supplied within a short time.

We bought a wash hand basin from kohler and in a few years cracks started appearing in it, they said it must be something that I had done and was my fault. We have 6 washhandbasins in our house and this is the only one that has gone like that so i dont think could have been cause by anything that I have done as they suggested. They were most unhelpful. After posting this review we eventually got a response and we were sent a replacement wash basin. It is sad that it takes a review on trustpilot to prompt them in to action but I am grateful this has been resolved and they have done the right thing.

In my opinion this companys customer service is very poor. I have asked many questions without a response. Very poor, on top of that they have no morals as they support the glazers who decimate and asset strip Manchester United for personal gain. Ruining the future of the club. Ignoring thw history.
