Satisfaction with this company started at the quotation stage.Gary was on time and gave an in depth quotation in great detail The team for installation consisted of Jason and Jack They arrived exactly on time and wasted no time in getting started The installation took 7 hours and the workmanshipp was excellent Very little mess was made all of which was cleaned up. The installation team gave me a very good demonstation of how the boiler and hive works and left my house in a a very warm condition Thank you very much and i certainly would recomend this company for boiler instation

Great customer service from Blue Flame. Attended to my father in law's boiler within a few hours. He's 92 and had no heating or hot water on one of our coldest days this winter. Couldn't have had a better response. Both engineers were efficient and polite.
