OV is reliable and delivers value for money. My impression so far with respect to this over 65 package is that it is quite complicated to personally decide on the best doses and to sequence timing to administer these different doses. Due to the complicated nature of this over 65 pack I do not wholeheartedly recommend it.

The Astaxanthin Soft Gel has been a game changer for my skin. Tried every cream going, but still had flaking peeling and angry red skin with allergic eczema. But since taking the astaxanthin my skin is clear and healthy looking. It hasn’t been this good for years and everyone is commenting on how well I look, with a youthful glow. I have even been able to eat foods that I would normally react to. Astaxanthin is brilliant, and I appreciate how clear Oxford vitality are on how much you are getting. Some cheaper brands will claim a higher dose, but in actual fact you get very little of the compound. Their delivery was very quick. One thing to be aware of, if a capsule bursts in the packet, it stains everything red. With buying a years supply we have divided the pack into some smaller containers so if we get a burst it doesn’t spoil the whole lot.

They WORK. My god. Its soooo hard to find 5HTP that actually work now. I dunno what they're (these other IDIOT companies) putting into their pills but a LOT dont work at all. Oxford (so far because I remember another company on Amazon you could buy 1000 pills £45, then they stopped working, i emailed them they said they switched suppliers and my complaint was enough for them to lose fait in their supplier. 5 months later i ordered they didnt work... Before they were brilliant great price great quality. Now TRASH and infact you cant even buy em no more on amazon. A LOT of companies have gone off amazon. Mostly the ones that sold em as PILLS not capsules. Now instead of packs of pills its all bottles of capsules or gels and they expensive af and dont work. Oxford supplements PLEASE dont change supplier ffs. Theres also a related company with oxford in its name that sells these in bulk 5000 pills for £200 odd. Imma try them. They look the same little white speckly pills. Anyways yeh 5HTP has "cured" my aspergers. a LOT more confidence/social skills etc. i never left my room for 15 YEARS before these changed my like, i was so quiet now i never shut up lol also good for sleep (they DONT make you tired its hard to explain they're not like sleeping pills AT ALL. They give you loads of energy through the day then ya have a nice normal sleep. The only downside for ME was the appetite reduction. Like im too skinny and dont eat enough as it is. Its not like it makes you so you cant eat not at all. But it does have that appetite suppressor so if you also wanna lose weight these would be GREAT for ya I guess lol most people are overweight nowadays anyways.
