I liked the "Multivitamin Tablets for Men Over 50 Years" supplement formulation very much since it had exact anti-aging nutrients recommended and required doses. But two tablets are required to meet daily intake recommendations thus making it not as economical as I thought. I'd prefer one extended release tablet. Another issue is that supplements are not sold within the EU so there is tax and shipping cost burden. I really would love to see shops open, for example in Poland or Lithuania.
