Avoid

Avoid - buy somewhere else. The pods are supposed to be compatible with Nespresso machines, they are not. The foil does not pierce properly and at best you get a small dribble and then the machine stops. Complete waste of money, more than 50% of the pods didn’t work and ended in the bin!

Gimoka Lavazza Compatible Capsules are problematic

Used Gimoka for a while, coffee Ok fast delivery BUT all of a sudden most of the Lavazza Mio capsules are out of stock, no ECO Caps. Some of the supplied capsules do not now work with my Lavazza Desea machine. No response when contacted about the problem. Have now switched to the genuine Lavazza capsules with a Lavazza subscription. Gimoka work out at 19p each Lavazza at 21p each

Give them a break!

I have had to put up with a few odd quirks, but I am very impressed with the quality of the coffee pods and particularly the compostable ones, that work better than Lavazza's own, which sometimes stick in the machine. I understand that there have been difficulties in supply due to Brexit, that the company have been struggling with. Do give them a chance, you won't regret it.

After a terrible experience last time…

After a terrible experience last time (in early Jan), i thought i'd give them another chance (as i like the coffee so much). Ordered 12kg of beans on Friday and they were delivered the next day! That was a massive surprise, especially as i had a lot of difficulty with the payment process, and received no order acknowledgement!

Cowboy outfit

Gave one star because there is not a zero star option. Avoid these people like the plague, they accept orders, take the payment and then silence. I have emailed them a dozen times and finally phoned them. The telephone response was’ we are not. Accepting telephone calls, and you cannot leave a message as our box is full’. I have contacted my bank to try and get a refund. Gimoka are a bunch of cowboys ....... go elsewhere.

Pay for 128 capsules but only receive 64, very poor customer service.

Coffee is pretty good but only received 1 parcel with 64 capsules, my order was for 128 capsules. I tried to contact (e-mailed) twice but no reply. That was weeks ago, really disappointing as I’ve paid for 128 capsules but only received 64, really bad customer service.

Nespresso Capsules

The first consignment I recieved (100 capsules) all worked perfectly. The second consignment, again 100 capsules only this time I have thrown around 30% of the capsules in the bin as the front foil does not pierce so all it does is fill the drip tray. I use a Nespresso Pixi. Now changed coffee supplier. Such a shame as the coffee is very good. Not bothered contacting the company as they are well aware of the problem considering the amount of reviews starting the same thing.
