Really good stuff
2nd delivery of beans that have arrived a day early. I bought 3kg of gimoka coffee the 1st time we ordered it arrived and it is well packaged and it was as nice and tasty as the tasting notes. This time we bought 3kg of different beans 1kg of the gran bar which we liked and 2 different roasts based on the tasting notes. Really nice coffee and a really good service Keep up the good work you people at Gimoka.

Very poor delivery experience
Very poor delivery experience, as previous review my shipment took 2 and a half days to leave their warehouse with a total time of 6 days from order to delivery. Which is unacceptable in this day and age. On opening the pod boxes were squashed and looked poor quality. To be fair the coffee seems ok but deffo not as good as Lavazza, I have a feeling of paying less, but for an inferior product which was not was I was expecting having researched their company and products. Maybe a better delivery experience would have made me more forgiving
SHAME ABOUT THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!
Good quality nespresso compatible pods, SHAME about the APPALLING quality of service from the company! My first order wasn't sent out until I queried the delivery date. I was told that "human error" had meant my order was still in the warehouse awaiting being given to Yodel for delivery - 3 DAYS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER! Yes, the person I spoke to promised to send out my coffee on a next day delivery at their expense but because it took till late afternoon for anyone to call regarding my query my coffee wasn't sent out till the next day. I eventually got it over a week after date of order. Then I had to send a report to them, which they have NEVER acknowledge, that 8 of the boxes only contained NINE pods not 10 as per the description, meaning I had paid for more coffee than I received. My second order went through OK, but I still hadn't had any correspondence from them regarding the shortness of my first order. I would like to give them another chance, and I need to order more coffee, but the password I use isn't working on either their old or new website. I HAVE REQUESTED A PASSWORD RESET (2 DAYS AGO - AM), THEN SENT THEM A PRIVATE MESSAGE ON FACEBOOK (2 DAYS AGO PM), THEN A MESSAGE ON TWITTER. (YESTERDAY LUNCHTIME) AS I AM STILL GETTING NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY I POSTED ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE (YESTERDAY PM). AS I STILL HAVE HAD NO EMAIL RESET LINK, HAD NO RESPONSE FROM MY FACEBOOK MESSAGE, FACEBOOK POST ON THEIR PAGE OR MY TWITTER MESSAGE, I HAVE NOW RUNG THEM AND HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM, SO I AM NOW TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY WHO ACTUALLY VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!
