Great experience! Staff are great Kim, Zaynab and team were really good at explaining the process. We had whitening and cleaning done and happy with the way treatment was done. The centre is very clean and hospitality was amazing.

For a long time I was looking for dental clinic to do my teeth in London.until one of my friend recommended me to check Lara dental clinic that her husband used and was very happy. since the minute I contacted them they were very professional and that built my confidence to go for it. Since I entered the clinic had amazing experience the staff really went the extra mile to make me feel good. I truly appreciate their warm welcoming and the nice attitude I was greeted with a smile and the whole team made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. A very special thanks for the skilled dentist and his assistant for the excellent work everything was done with such precision and care. The clinic’s friendly and positive atmosphere truly sets it apart. I am very happy with the work they did on my teeth and from the bottom of my heart I advise everyone to check with Lara smile first I highly recommended it . I have just been lara smile for the finish product and wow what can I say from day 1 to the final day the team at lara smile were so welcoming they explained every procedure before commencing for the taxi drivers to the cosmetic surgeon were absolutely spot on. Very Bad! I am so disgusted at how this clinic treated my friend, we have had to go to a solicitors and to 3 dental consultations to get reports to prove what they did to her. We have asked for there management contact several times to make a formal complaint they refuse to give it, instead we were shown a badge which displays the name of there 'Sales and Matketing Manager' with a womans hand holding it but on the website its a man, very Shady Antics! My friend has to get all the crowns removed as they are so badly done and the clinic is refusing to refund. Absolutely dispicable.!!!!

My parents had their whole smile restructured and revamped from extractions to implants, root canals,veneers and everything possible. Their dedication, hard work, experience and skills made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We are very grateful to Tugce for her warm initial consultation virtually, her honest quote and her commitment and care up to the last day of saying our goodbyes. Her friendly and professional attitude convinced us to come all the way from Zurich and London to Antalya. She maintained her professionalism throughout and was always doing the best possible, real ethical and astonishing professional with a wonderful personality. My parents are ecstatic with their new smile, we hope their beautiful smile lasts for as long as possible. We referred my sister in law and we will refer my sister and brother in law as we remained super happy with their work and we trust them with our whole family. Terribly Traumatic Experience! I had an extremely stressful time at this clinic from arrival to departure. Once I signed forms and paid I was subjected to lie after lie, regarding so many aspects of treatment I paid for Zirconia crowns was given 2 unit bridges with Large gaps and incorrectly placed also Bite deficit, additionally they forced me into accepting a permanent bridge over a 6 day old extraction site. They refused to acknowlege there misdemeanours with my explanations and pictures leaving me no choice but to pay For An IntraOral scan with the dental surgeon clearly pointing them out. They finally acknowledged and offered to do remedial work but refused to forward a breakdown of this, as I have no trust in what they say due to the extent I was lied to while there I will not put my self in such a risky situation with them twice over. I made a very bad choice giving my hard earned money to this clinic!.

Distressed Customer.. I am not sure if this company picks who to treat well and who not to, as they seem to have good reviews but I personally had the worst experience! If I write everything here you would be reading for hrs. They do not seem to have a complaints procedure in place (ironically Complaints go to 'Sales & Marketing Manager') that should tell anyone with any intelligence what they are about. I Paid over £3000 for Zirconia crowns (not what I got) instead... intense pain, worry, stress and now have to find somewhere else to do all the corrective work and pay over again! I have since returning had 2 consultations with UK dentists and 2 in person with Turkish dentists all of which informed me my crowns are so bad they cannot say any thing good about them, all 22 need to be removed and re-done from scratch! Oh and the blatant lies from arrival to departure were on level 9.9 out of 10! So the response to this review will of course be in accordance with their practices (lie your way out of everything)!!! They are now threatening Me with legal action for leaving them a negative review The unfairness of this whole scenario is unbelievable! All i wanted was a nice healthy smile.!!!

Organisatorisch Perfekt abgewickelt und bis jetzt zufrieden! Im September 24 hatte ich eine Hollywood Smile Behandlung und habe 2 Implantate einsetzen lassen. Bis jetzt kann ich die Klinik sehr empfehlen. Alle waren sehr nett und der Umgang professionell. Ich hoffe, dass im Fall einer Beschwerde, ich trotzdem auf die gegebene Garantie vertrauen kann.
