The team at Lara Smile Dental Clinic are very friendly, helpful and professional. I went on holiday to Turkey and i googled local dentist and I found Lara Smile. They came and picked me up from my hotel and dropped me back. The dentist was very clean and beautiful! They have an Assistance/Advisor name Tugce she came and opened the car door for me (felt like a celebrity!) she has a very reassuring manner and uses photos and xrays to help explain procedures clearly. She listened to my concerns and gave me valuable advice. I'm very happy with the treatment I have recieved at Lara Smile Dental Clinic. I was so impressed with the service and great Hygienist result my husband went next day! A very welcoming practice i will certainly recommend.

Great service delivered as promised. I am always wary and skeptical when having anything done from abroad. I contacted Lara Smile as they were close to my hotel. The customer service representative Tugce was very good at answering my inquiries even outside of working hours late at night... Although Lara Smile was a little dearer than my other quotes, Tugce arranged to price-match so I decided to go with them. I was collected from my hotel and taken to their very high quality dentist lab equipped with very modern state of the art equipment. My x-rays were taken, molds were made and they promised that my crown would be ready by tomorrow.... Next day, they text to say it was ready, the transport collected me from my hotel, The crown was fitted beautifully. I am very pleased with their service and quality of their work. They even arranged to send me a replacement warranty certificate to my hotel which I had lost. I highly recommend their services.... A very happy customer.... Parvez Iqbal UK.

AVOID THIS DENTIST!!! I ARRANGED AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS DENTIST FOR VENEERS 4 MONTHS PRIOR TO MY VISIT. I WAS ADVISED THAT I WOULD NEED TO STAY FOR 6 NIGHTS TO COMPLETE MY TREATMENT. I CAME FROM THE UK AND THE DENTIST COULD NOT SPEAK ONE WORD OF ENGLISH AND APPARENTLY ADVISED THE TRANSLATOR THAT I SHOULD GET CROWNS. I EXPLAINED I DID NOT WANT CROWNS AND DID NOT WANT TO BE TALKED OUT OF WHAT I CAME FOR. I WAS THEN TOLD AROUND 20 MINUTES LATER THEY COULD NOT GET THE VENEERS MADE IN TIME AND WOULD NEED TO EXTEND MY STAY BY ANOTHER 3 DAYS. ThIS WAS NOT SOMETHING I COULD DO DUE TO WORK COMMITMENTS AND CHILDCARE AND NOT SOMETHING I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO DO. I WAS CLEARLY ADVISED TO GET CROWNS AS THEY KNEW THEY HAD MESSED UP AND COULD NOT GET MY VENEERS MADE IN TIME. I LEFT THE DENTIST UPSET AND WENT BACK TO THE HOTEL. I THEN RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THE DENTIST TO SAY THEY WILL BE CANCELLING MY HOTEL THE NEXT DAY IF I WASNT USING THEM FOR TREATMENT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS APPALLING. I MANAGED TO FIND A PROFESSIONAL DENTIST WHO WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE MY REQUESTED TREATMENT PROFESSIONALLY WITHIN THE TIME I HAD IN ANTAYLA. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND AVOID THIS CLINIC!!!
