Don't know who they are but fraudulently went to take money from my bank

Signed up all details correct. Go to login and page just stays blank. Tried many times using both WiFi and mobile data. Try to call them every time it rings a couple times then engaged tone. If they take any money from me I'll inform them it's a scam. Avoid this company.

Emailed them in regards to money they’ve false taken from my account I never actually agreed to anything and cancelled my apparent ‘subscription’ but yet moneys still been taken from my account. I have emailed and attempted to call but no answer! Be careful they’re scammers! I am legally taking this further if I do not get a response and my money back asap.

AVOID I cancelled my subscription, Which I didn’t realise I’d signed up for and they took 19.99. My fault fair enough. They’ve then taken ANOTHER 19.99 today even though I proof I cancelled which has left me with NO Money!!

Why have credit genius taken out £19.95 out of my bank I have not given any consent to this does anybody know there contact details I want see proof that I have gave them permission it's nothing short of robbery thieving from people's misfortune !

Avoid!!!!! I was charged 19.95 pounds without my permission or signing up for anything after I was redirected from a loan company to them, I emailed them few times and they did not respond to me, my bank does not allow me to dispute a refund because I allowed access for the credit check, this is absolutely unacceptable!!

Avoid. I tried to get a short term loan on a different site and I was apparently accepted by credit genius. I went through their sign-up process and gave them my bank details to verify my identity. Not to make a payment and not to subscribe to any service. Today they took £19 out my account without my permission. You can't speak to anyone as their phoneline cuts off and they don't reply to your emails. Complete scam, do not use them. Edit: Credit Genius reply is false, it is not true, they are a scam! It doesn't mention anywhere that we are signing up for a membership. But after complaining they have refunded my money. Although I still believe they should be shut down and punished by law!
