Hey my name is danut ciopreaga, your company credit genius get my money from my account twice in 2 months 19.95, can I have the refund, and cancel my subscription

after being charged the £19.95, I spoke to them and had the refund actioned. I appreciate their understanding. Maybe it needs to be clearer that you are not supplying a loan but a credit file check company. But thank you

I was very dissatisfied when I found out an amount was taken from my account to pay a fee for an alleged credit score I didn’t want or need as I already have access to my current credit score
