I DIY so don't order underlay often, but when I do, I always use this company. Order arrived within days, very happy and will certainly come back.

ORDER INCOMPLETE - NOBODY RESPONDING TO EMAILS TO RESOLVE THIS

I placed and paid in full for an order for 37.00m of Foxi anti slip underlay. To date I have only received 11.80m (.90m is totally unusable). I am 25.20 short (not including the .90m that I can’t use). I have tried calling this company without success and have sent numerous emails and to date no one has responded!!!! This is a total shambles and totally unprofessional/unacceptable

Great company

Great company! Ordered my underlay on Monday afternoon and it arrived Wednesday morning. Don't believe the negative reviews, my experience has been great and the underlay is far cheaper than any of their competitors for exactly the same product.

Shocking company with awful and frankly…

Shocking company with awful and frankly rude customer service. Items left outside in the torrential rain with ripped packing, despite being tolds items would need to be signed for. On complaining I received no apology whatsoever and was simply told if I wasn't happy I had to return the items at my expense - something that would likely cost me more than the items themselves! My advice would be that you do not use this company.

First time ordering from Tradepriced

Ordered underlay 1/9/20 knowing delivery wouldn’t be made until warehouse opened from 7/9/20, which order form stated. So expected delivery 2-3days from 7/9/20. Received email confirmation despatched on 7/9/20 and the underlay was received the next day at 9.30am 😃The only niggle was that I found a small tear about 4cm on one roll. Luckily it’s near the edge of the roll. Other than that, all good 👍

Recommended, super quick delivery!

Despite a few bad reviews on Trip Advisor, I saw that they were recommended on Money Saving Expert, and gave them a try. I'm glad I did as I can't fault them at all, the underlay I ordered arrived the next morning (I thought it'd take way longer), and it's well packaged up. I think the only thing I'd recommend to Tradepriced is that their Worldpay payment system seemed to be super slow, although it did work eventually.

I am not impressed.

I am not impressed. I ordered items to be delivered yesterday and received a confirmation from the suppliers courier that it would be delivered. Nothing arrived - and now the courier's website is saying the goods were delivered. Neither the supplier, nor the courier is answering the phone and will only respond by email. The supplier emailed to say the original dispatch had been misrouted - after I queried what had happened. They then said 1 of the 8 items I had requested would arrive today.............completely ignoring the fact that the other 7 had gone AWOL. Avoid these cowboys

Great service and excellent price for the Tredair underlay. I almost bought it from my usual place, but came across TradePriced. So glad I did. Really helpful and prompt delivery. I will be ordering again. Thank you.

Atrocious customer service- I have…

Atrocious customer service- I have made an order 5 days ago and still nothing. They don’t answer their phones and emails, no confirmation the order was dispatched either. There is no way to contact them and it’s getting ridiculous. Order number: RC23799648 Just to be clear - tracking confirmation has not been sent. I have already asked for it in an email from Friday, you haven’t replied. The products are set to arrive today at the latest and they are still not here. You should start relying to your emails rather than forcing your customers write reviews in Trustpilot to force you to respond. And again no clear answer why there is no reply to my emails, no tracking number and no explanation why the order hasn’t been delivered yet.

Missing Items/ Atrocious Customer Service

Customer Service is terrible. Underlay paid for on 10th of June and we are still waiting for it to arrive. There is no tracking reference or proof that it has been dispatched. Phonecalls are not being answered. Despite multiple emails over more than a week I have received two emails saying it was dispatched, neither containing a tracking reference and the items have still not arrived.
