ordered novostrat sonic gold at a higher price than sold anywhere else online with a 20 pound delivery on the premise i would recieve the genuine stuff but was sent the fake non branded version of which there is a massive difference in quality and even in the colour. contacted tradepriced with no reply for over a month, contacted again out of desperation through facebook and still no help other than a generic reply that sonic gold can refer to any gold underlay!

Exceptionally good quality products and super quick delivery considering the Covid-19 crisis. I usually just get my underlay and other supplied from a carpet company but this was more than half the price and the website was super easy to use. I will defiantly be recommending this company to family and friends from now on. Thank you for the great product.

I ordered underlay yesterday at approx 2pm and it was delivered 24 hours later. Now that is what I call service. This is maybe the 3rd time I have ordered from them and it has been exactly the same each time. As well as very prompt service, I dont think you can buy anywhere else cheaper.
