As I have only been using the supplements for a month, it is difficult to assess the full benefits but I have reduced my nightly loo visits to generally one. I’m not sure if the supplements are the only thing that’s helping, because I’ve also started doing some exercises for my pelvic floor muscles and cupping my tailbone. Maybe it’s a combination of things that’s working? Either way, it’s the first time in years that I’ve found a solution that works for me, so I’m going to keep doing it. The only thing I’m still looking for is something non-medical that might help shrink my prostate gland. I also wanted to say that I’ve had a good experience with the company so far. They seem to be very supportive and helpful.
