The products I purchased were Magnesium…

The product I purchased was Magnesium Citrate and 5-HTP I assume the Magnesium is doing its stuff and I take it with Adcal D3 The 5-HTP works better than citalopram. Didnt do a lot for my sleep but it gave me a great mood lift. I can now concentrate for more than 10min and enjoying reading again.

Using Nutribl who are owned by Troo…

Using Nutribl who are owned by Troo Health Care and have to say they are useless. Phone Customer Service consists of telling you to email, you email to get a reply days later and with an awswer that raises more questions. the Nutribl website is so confusing with products randomly over a load of catagories as well as many broken links. I phoned to ask about an order, got told to email, i asked about purchasing larger qty, told he couldnt help and would have to email. Asked about art and design work, got told he doesnt know and would need to email. asked how the labeling and design process worked and was told to refer to the website, i refered to the website and followed the instructions and placed my order to be refunded and told the info on the website was out of date. i phoned to ask what the correct proceedure was and they said to refer to the website, i explained the situation and they said send an email. bottom line is that the guy answering the phone is useless, i hope his job is more than answering the phone because you may as well be taking a lighter to £10 notes with a customer service agent like that.
