Very quick dispatch and delivery yet again. I bought both th 5HTP and Ashwagandha as feeling very stressed due to a couple of health issues and having difficulty sleeping. I was very sceptical about them working but after taking them for a few days my mood improved and I had more energy. After about 10 days I slept through the night for the first time in a long time.
