Jay Anderson is on top of it! Not only were the logos original and eye catching, but he was super responsive and addressed any desire for edits with extreme promptness and creativity. I am most highly impressed!

(It is now May 12th and here's the update. I orignally posted this review about 3 months ago. Magically, I got someone to respond. They wanted me to take down this review. I said no way unless I get a refund for services I NEVER received. Of course, there's been no follow up. RUN far away from doing any business here unless you want to get ignored and ripped off!) It has been a horrible experience with this company and I encourage everyone reading this to go elsewhere with your business. One of their sales associates sold me a package for creating a logo and a business website. I paid over a thousand dollars and it's been over a year and I have absolutely nothing to show for the money I gave them. The sales associate no longer works for the company. My project manager supposedly was reassigned. The new project manger wants another $500 to "reopen" my file in order to begin to work on the logo and website. I refused to pay another dime to these shysters. I wrote several emails to the manager as well as the CEO of the company without a single response. I've been ripped off and unless you want to be I would strongly suggest you avoid this company altogether! These people have no integrity!

Jay is a great website designer. He gave me updates on my websites and logos. He provided a great service at a reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with his work.

Wow! Jay Anderson was super helpful in getting what I needed done. He was very accommodating also for any changes that I needed done as well. I will definitely be recommending this company to my colleagues!

After a great sales process in getting me to purchase their services to build my site in supposedly 3 months, the process ended up a 6+ months of them trying to get my site finished and running. Their response time was very slow and I was forced to be constantly following up with the issues or areas that required their attention. The process was very frustrating since they would only call me or reach out to me to continue selling more services without even finishing the site that was started. The communications skills of their team and project managers was very weak and most of the time hard to understand and get my messages or request across them. I ended up having to pay almos more than $1,000 additionally to get the site where I wanted and what they offered at a lower price. So I recommend people to ensure to due their due diligence before hurting their services unless money is not an issue for you.

I am starting a business, and I wanted a design company to make my website, I needed a configurator for my clients to configure their computer. I figured DP was the best to go with, but after a while, the prices were concerning, and I was going to go with a freelancer from fiverr, but then, I took a chance with DP, and it was very worth it. I'd highly recommend DesignProficient to anyone looking for a great looking site, with no risks. Also, I'd like to thank Jay Anderson, a project manager at DP, for making such a great experience happen.
