They charged me for damage that I doubt was caused by me, as there was no staff available to check the car at the moment of the return of the keys. Moreover, for THEIR mistake, they did not send me any communication and charged my credit card without any notice. Avoid this company, they are unprofessional and not reliable

je me suis fait anarqué par Viaggiare a Cagliari en sardaigne. arrivé le soir, la prise du vehicule sans lumiere et sans etre accompagné , le lendemain lors du retour , ils m'ont trouvé des fines rayures en pleins soleil et en lustrant la carrosserie. Le personnel meprisant qui n'a qu'un seul objectif recuper de l'argent . A fuir

Unjustified Charges and No Customer Support – Disappointing Experience
I rented a Fiat Panda from Viaggiare Rent at Milan Bergamo Airport between December 12, 2024, and December 25, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite returning the car in perfect condition and ensuring the fuel level matched what it was at pick-up (as thoroughly documented with photos and videos), I was unexpectedly charged an additional €43.01. On the return date, the office was closed due to Christmas, so I followed the drop-off procedure, leaving the keys in the designated slot and recording the entire process for verification. After an additional €43 charging I immediately contacted customer service, providing all the evidence needed to clarify this matter. However, despite my efforts, I have yet to receive any response or explanation. You gonna get just an automatic e-mail. This lack of communication is deeply frustrating and unprofessional, leaving me disappointed in the service I received. I trusted Viaggiare Rent to provide a seamless rental experience, but this unjust charge and the absence of customer support have shaken my confidence. I sincerely hope the company addresses this issue promptly and improves its approach to handling customer concerns in the future.
