Excellent service at Krakow airport. The check in/collection of the car was very straigth forward. They didn't push for any excess insurance etc. as all other car hire companies do. In fact, they didn't even ask me if I wanted it, but I already bought excess cover elsewhere. Just handed over driving licence, passport and booked in the deposit, and I was on my way. The car was new and in good condition. The return was straight forward too. I just parked the car and handed the keys in. One hour later I received email including the car check and copy of the payment slip showing cancellation of the deposit they booked on my credit card. This was brilliant experience and by far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back! Thank you very much.

Auto perfetta, prezzo buono, velocità al check-in e riconsegna.

Ho prenotato per telefono dall'estero in quanto volevo accertarmi della disponibilità dell'autovettura all'arrivo in Italia. E così è stato non ho perso tempo nel disbrigo della pratica e mi hanno consegnato velocemente l'auto.

Mi e piaciuto moltissimo le spiegazioni datomi in check out e check in da i due operatori Matteo e Valentina con cortesia ed educazione e professionalità hanno saputo rispondere e spiegarmi tutti i passaggi del noleggio. Grazie mille
