Although the service and shuttle from/to Krakow airport, was very good, and the car was perfect too, I felt that they ripped us off when adding the second driver €45 instead of €30. When we brought it to their attention they claimed that the difference was 'tax'. I felt ripped-off again when taking 'full' insurance, it should have been €138 but we were charged €200, them claiming it to be the better 'Gold cover'. Anyway, I did not want this to spoil my holiday, so I went along with their words. Also note that we have been renting for many years and we never had a rental that did not let us go over the border. With 'Viaggiare' it was an absolute 'NO', for this reason alone, I will not rent from Viaggiare again.

Je suis très satisfaite du service proposé par " viaggiare". Véhicule en bon état. Personnel à l'accueil très gentille( jeune dame). Dépôt de caution de 150 euros, très satisfaite. Je recommande de vivement !!
