I've sold quite a few pieces and found all the staff, very friendly and efficient. I first visited their old shop, and recently the new shop in Fishponds Road. For me, it's been a very positive experience, and I'll be back soon. Note: they have customer parking too! Turn left after the store, and it's on the left👌
