Alex helped me activate my account when other staff members kept spelling my email wrong, even when I emailed with my correct email address it was a bit too much of a job for them to tackle. 5 stars to Alex.

The staff are amazing - but the company and its systems in place are completely useless. I wouldn't recommend at all. I've been trying to work with this company for 2 and half years with multiple sites and quite honestly I've dreaded every action I need to take with them as they are terrible. Last incident is, I had to contact them several times beginning of last month to reinstate 3 sites they just stopped servicing without warning or reason. I still haven't heard anything from them to confirm or sort anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you value your sanity.
