Very disappointed – unjustified charges and no response to my complaint!

I do not recommend working with Waste Managed Limited. I have been extremely disappointed with their services due to unclear terms, additional charges, and frequent communication errors. I signed a contract with them, where it was agreed that payments would be taken on specified dates, yet the company repeatedly attempted to withdraw funds from my account on unapproved dates. Because of this, I no longer keep funds in that account to avoid unauthorized charges. The most recent situation was especially frustrating – on October 23, 2024, I received an email from them stating that another attempt to collect the outstanding payment would be made in 7 working days. However, the very next day, I was charged an additional £40 (for late payment and direct debit failure), which I found completely unjustified. I was given no prior information that an attempt would be made on October 21. Additionally, I often received incorrect invoices or conflicting information regarding payment dates and my installment plan. At one point, I was informed that the installments would be deducted monthly, only to later receive emails indicating weekly deductions – completely chaotic and confusing. I sent a formal complaint requesting an explanation, but so far, I have received no response. In my opinion, this company’s actions seem like an attempt to impose unnecessary charges by using unclear terms. Waste Managed Limited clearly does not prioritize customer care or transparency. I strongly advise avoiding them!
