Avoid Worst company for bin collection and worst customer service

Worst company ever, they will charge you extra and will not replace bin for years , very bad customer service their manger Collins is absolutely a rude man .They have harassed me for more that One and half year. Bin never been changed and now I have been asked to pay more as there is more waste .

This company has been brilliant

This company has been brilliant. it looks after us matching us with the best waste collection company to fit our needs. When one company let us down they tried to sort it with the company and when this was not possible as the company we used changed their collection time they found and alternative company. Our account manager was really helpful. I highly recommend this company

Worst company I have ever had to deal…

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Sold on lies, do not hold up their end of the contract whatsoever. More missed collections than collected. Currently got 2 bins by different providers and neither one is being collected. Not had one collection all month. Both bins full! So many faults of theirs all being admitted to me via phone call, yet my account is still on hold. Cameron is meant to be dealing with my case yet I've heard nothing in 2 weeks. I rang 3 times this week all asking to speak with him and each time he was busy so asked for a call back, got told I’d get one back each time and ohh shocker still waiting. They said they would not charge me as ‘good will’ for November because of all their faults but they’ve not even come to collect once this month, so ‘good will’ my arse. Ive asked a handful of times to cancel my contract because why the hell should i keep my end of the contract when they are NOT holding their end up, I want out. I point blank refuse to give them another penny. I’m absolutely livid.
