More complaints than collections… out of contract since October and still have their bins on my site!!!
Been out of contract with this awful company since beginning of October. Their yellow bin is still at my business address! Have been told they will collect by 29th nov… let’s see! As was suppose to be collected within 3 weeks of end of contract. Asked them would I’d get for compensation as it’s an Inconvenience having there bin on site! Haven’t got space for my new bin… said nothing! But I’m getting charged a £75 fee for bin collection that’s never taken place on time. What a joke! So quick to take my money, but not my Sharps, rubbish or bins! Never ever got a great service from this company. Staff don’t care either to be honest! Quick to take your money but don’t want to actually help you when you need it! So much happier with the new company. No middle man or company! EMS is a direct pick up company unlike this unproved unorganised one!! Don’t contact me and waste my time! Leave a msg at voicemail!

Stay away - really poor service and missed collections …
Absolute bunch of incompetent misleading cowboys from the sales team , to the contract procurement advisors , to the customer services . We were pushed into entering a contract at 8 pm so that they could arrange for the existing bin to be removed from the previous owner and a new bin to be supplied to us . A new bin was dumped at tge end of October . Despite sending photos of the old existing bin it still has not been removed . 2 payments have been taken out and yet 3 weeks later a single bin collection has not taken place . Yes , we were at fault first time b cos of a missed DD which we then were charged £40 late fee ( even though paperwork states £20 ) . Despite calling company daily no collections and now been told by the most recent bafoon in customer services that it’s a fortnightly collection when the contract states clearly that it’s a weekly collection My advice stay away from the cowboys . It is a shame that i have had to post a bad review for you to take action . Further the missed DD payment was taken out on the 14 November - so you still did not collect the bins which were due on 20 November as we have a weekly collection with you. Your colleague and company misled us saying that its a 12 month contract and upon checking the contract we're actually tied in for 2 years - you have a 'auto renewal policy' tying customers in. If they want to cancel there is a 150.00 fee for cancelling. If we were not inundated by calls by your sales team at 8pm at night whilst i was a passenger in the car i may have had the opportunity to review and question this. Further your sales team should be transparent to customers about this on the phone.
