I bought a lance for my Karcher in April 2024. This has failed and is leaking. I’ve sent two emails that have been ignored. I rang up today and I’ve been told that it’s no longer under warranty and that they will sell me a new nozzle. Needless to say I’ve turned down this offer. I would suggest you avoid this company. I suggest that they are breaching Consumer regulations here but can’t be bothered to chase them.
