Purchased a Kranzle Profi 160 via the website. Price listed was reasonable vs other suppliers but not the cheapest. Couple days later I gave Cleantec a call to set my expectation for a delivery date. The outcome was an email update with a price increase of £300 if I wanted the order. Stock from their usual supplier was unavailable and to supply direct from Kranzle UK it would be +£300 (offered at +£250 when I went back to clarify my only options were pay more or cancel). I cancelled the order. Not a great experience. I wasn't going to bother leaving a review. What prompted me was seeing the exact same item remain on the website for the exact same price I originally ordered at. Nothing showing out of stock even the day I was told they had no stock. I could have gone onto the website the day after cancelling (or any day since) and ordered the Kranzle Profi 160 again, at the same price. Stock wasn't immanent after I ordered and if stock has re-appeared at the listed price I wasn't offered the chance to wait for it. On the plus side, and saving a 1*, comms from the company were good and prompt.

I type in interpump ws171 seals The parts picture on the Internet just showed a box which I presume where where the seals but turned out to be the valves instead,a better picture of the box contents would be great but saying that the service was good
