Easy to order

Had to send two suits back that had rub marks on them. The two other suits that I did keep...well... the pants were 36" in length, so I had to spend another $100 for alterations. The waist was a 34" so that was fine, but Pants being 36" long leaves a long crotch which couldn't be altered according to alteration lady. I will just go to JC Penny's, mens warehouse or somewhere local to get correct size pants and the quality at JC Penny's is just as good or better. Suits ended up costing $250.00 each along with the hassle of the alterations. Sorry, but I won't be buying again from Suits Outlets. Very expensive lesson learned. $100.00 is a lot for altering two pants, but that's what they charged, and the cost to send back the other two suits just added to the total costs. Customer service was ok since they did allow for the returns, and shipped out one of the two replacement suits quickly after they received the returns. They also refunded me for one of the suites that I had returned and they didn't have in stock to replace. They should have actually paid for the return postage costs. Either way, lesson learned.
