I have purchased 5 computers from Discount Computer, all worked well. Will make any future computer purchases from Discount Computer as well. Very happy customer.

The computer I received was advertised as dual monitor, however when it arrived, the vga cord was damaged and rendered one monitor useless. Contacted the company, nothing was settled or fixed. Was told I should have purchased a warranty that wasn't offered at the time. Horrible practices. Would not recommend nor buy again.

It was my mistake to only take the 30 day warranty. I bought this for work and by the time the IT dept tried to get it ready the 30 days had passed. IT says the mother board is no good. This PC is useless.

I definitely had issues and may still have some. I had no idea who to call to get resolution. This is for my daughter and granddaughter who separately need it for school. They told me there are issues and I have not been able to see for myself. I would have liked to have a phone number for technical support.

I received my computer rather quickly after ordering ( within a week). i purchased it to work from home and it performs excellently.

Terrible product. Did not work. More than a dent and scratch. But they did process return.

Most 5 star google reviews are fake, and paid for just look at the dates. I purchased a Dell PC Computer Desktop CORE i3 3.0GHz 4GB 1TB HD Windows 10 W/Dual 17" for $229.99. I was very excited to receive my computer as it was a present for my husband. When I opened the computer box on 1/02/2019, I just couldn’t believe my eyes. I have never seen a computer so poorly packed. (Picture Attached) I felt scared to even take this computer out the box. The way these guys shove the computer inside a box with the 2 monitors, keyboard and mouse it is bit terrifying. I called and let them know the perception I had when I received my order. I took the risk, to bring this pc home. When I installed the pc and turned it on, I notice a weird sound coming out the tower, and after troubleshooting and thoroughly checking the sound coming out the tower, we came to conclusion the sound is coming from the hard drive that is about to crash. ☹ Okay, I called today and kindly asked if I could exchange this tower and the answer was a straight NO. They said that if they exchange the tower, and the replacement tower has the same issue, I can’t get any refund. Now I am pist. I ask them; why can you simply exchange the tower as you are still selling the same pc in your website? We just can’t these computers are refurbished. “Really? no sh***t rocket scientist.” I know what I purchased, and let me explain you something; In computer technology, refurbished refers to "old" or used computer equipment that has been RESTORED TO LIKE-NEW WORKING CONDITION /OR APPEARANCE. Refurbished Generally Refers to Hardware. The term typically refers to the hardware components of a computer that have been either replaced with similar components or updated with newer technology than the device originally came with. What does this mean? Discount-computer doesn’t even know what they are selling, and the equipment is NOT INSPECTED for working conditions. This is a shady way of doing business, and it is terrible. I’m here just shaking my head thinking. Why would you preferred to get bad reviews, lose customers, and lose $229.99 plus all shipping cost back and forth? Either way you have been warned and research before you buy. Definitely Discount-computer is not a reliable seller.
