Indifferent; bad service!

They cancel my order without informing me, so you do not realize that it has been canceled until you check your bank account and see that the debit has been re credited. The fraud department is over Zella's. All this because I use a VPN when I ordered the computers. Other companies send you an e mail informing you of a problem but not this arrogant people. The assistance on line with them was apologetic but not helpful. So I bought else ware. The one computer that I did get from them in the recent past is already having problems. I will spend more having it repaired than if I would have bought something new in the first place. I do not recommend this company. Buy else ware!

DON'T DO IT.

When I initially ordered the computers they came quickly, but one needed to be returned and even after they received it, they GAVE me the run around with the replacement. 1ST the one they were replacing was cheaper, but when I asked about the difference, they tried to tell me I didn't ask to be refunded the difference!!!! Why would I need to tell you to refund me the difference if you saw the replacement was cheaper? GO TO NEWEGG. They have been stringing me along for over a week. AWFULL company.

This is the WORST company ever to…

This is the WORST company ever to purchase a computer. I DID NOT get what I paid for. When trying to resolve the issue with Discount Computer you can never get ahold of anyone and I have left numerous messages and have not heard a peep out of Discount Computer. I even purchased a warranty plan and still do not get assistance. Since I received my computer (let me back up and say when I finally received it, it was never sent out when promised and sat for a week before the box was sent), though since I received the computer I have put more money into it than what I purchased it for. I guess a warranty stands for nothing with Discount Computers. Their customer service is a sorry excuse for customer service, they have absolutely no care about customers. My recommendation, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and go elsewhere because you will end up spending enough money to purchase a brand new computer like I have. I am reporting Discount Computer to the Better Business Bureau and I am sure that their name is on a radar with Better Business Bureau based on the way they run their business. I own a business and purchased this computer as the first of 22 and I will not return to them for future purchases. At this point, I have sunk $1267 into this computer and it still does not work. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED - STAY AWAY FROM DISCOUNT COMPUTERS

i bought a desk top that was suppose to…

i bought a desk top that was suppose to coome with a 17in montitor and wifi camera and wifi adaptor and got the run around from them now they refuse to awncer their phone or emails and i had to pay for a new screen and still no camera or adaptor this is 3weeks later. i called walmart and they said flat out there was nothing they could do.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, terrible attitude, lie after lie issued via email, fake tracking, false claims, lying to a 14 year old buying his first desktop, broken promises, no return calls, all of this, ended in a credit card chargeback, and then they shipped the product three weeks after promised delivery, we told FedEx not to bother delivering the product, it wouldn't be accepted, avoid these buffoons.

Buyer BEWARE !

The computer arrived nicely wrapped .I spent over 7 hours trying to get it to work ! I got 13 blue screens of death. I reinstalled Windows completely. I got 3 more blue screens !I am DONE wasting time and Walmart will get it back with a strong suggestion they STOP doing business with your company !Since I can't charge you for my valuable time and utter frustration, I will try to prevent you from annoying future customers by spreading the word how absolutely horrible your company operates. There is NO NEED for treating customers this badly by shipping defective computers !

Terrible customer service!!

Terrible customer service!!! I ordered a computer and 4 monitors. I received half my order. When I called to inform them about it I got the run around. I finally called FedEx who told me the packages were mislabeled and that it is undeliverable. Called discount computer to tell them what FedEx said and they kept insisting that the package was going to be delivered (even after I informs them that FedEx said they would not be delivering the package). Discount computer told me they will not issue me a refund until they get the monitors back. A problem that I did not cause but they didn’t care. This is a terrible company with pour customer service. I kept asking to speak to a manager, at first I was given the run around, then later the same guy I had been talking to him old me he was the manager; however when I spoke to him before on a few occasions he made it seem like the manager was mot around. The lies!!!!!

Wrong cord for the computer; never replaced

I bought a desktop here and fiddled with it for 2 hours. Could not put the plug into the computer. Guess what? They sent the wrong power cord. So a week later, still no cord. They put you on hold for hours, if they answer at all. I cannot sit around because I have a disability. I asked for a refund and then sent the darn thing back at my expense of $30. Don't buy anything from them. They are cheap and dishonest.

THIS IS A TERRIBLY BAD COMPANY. COMPUTER ARRIVED NOT WORKING

I bought a computer from Discount Computer. It arrived not working. I have sent 8 emails to resolved this and they still keep asking questions that don't resolve it but prolong their time to give a refund. 4 emails are just asking 4 a return label. 3 more were stupid questions about blinking lights that give a code to the problem. And another one was telling me to unplug the computer and hold the button for 60 seconds. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE COMPANY AND THEY ARE PARTNERING WITH WALMART.
