Five big ones because personnel best ever...system was long and too many steps but when ever I had contact with hellomd employees..they were great...informative....super courteous...PATIENT beyond reasonable, and ushered me thru the cumbersome process like caring and dedicated shepherds...

Like me, there are a lot of Veterans, who lived in another world, unknown to these times. We did not grow up with the tech we use today. At the time of the Vietnam war, we had some available new contractions, but over all, not near what they have today. Some have adapted to tech world, but most have not. This is due to a lot of reasons, primarily age. My 2 stars, are for difficulty of use, at least for me. Maybe it's because of my condition towards intolerance? Whatever the set back is; I believe there might be a better way, but perhaps not. The golden rule for any business, is SIMPLE! I hope I have said something that might help, and in the future for a renewal; I hope it is simple........ God & Country David Womack
