So far I have had a great experience with HelloMD. Initial registration was extremely simple and easy and before I knew it I was having my Dr. Evaluation and then I was done. I’m not sure how this could be made any more simple, granted I did have a previous Dr. Recommendation so maybe that sped the process up a little. The Doctor that evaluated me was very professional and polite and took the time to talk with me, ask and answer any questions and was very thorough. I did have some trouble with the video chat but I was quickly helped by HelloMD personnel. Overall great experienced and I highly recommended. Thanks HelloMD!

The online process to provide information and upload documentation is quick and user friendly. The representative, Bart, is extremely helpful and very professional. Dr. Kim was personable, thorough, and compassionate. Bart provided a follow up email with detailed answers to other questions I had. Fees are more than fair. The entire process was representative of what one seeking relief with medical marijuana would hope for. Far from the appearance of a “pop-up office.” I highly recommend using HelloMD.

From start to finish, the competant staff walked me through the process via the chat feature, and made it easy for me to install the app to do a split screen face to face conference call consultation with Dr. Hans Park. Dr Park took his time to thoroughly evaluate my physical, mental and even spiritual needs and made thoughtful recommendations of meditation websites, exercise, cognital behavioral therapy and physical therapy to manage pain, anxiety and sleep, as well as low doses of cannabis products. It may have been the best "office" visit with a new physician! I did not feel rushed and he treated me with compassion and dignity, treating the whole person.
