I called their toll free number to request some information about ordering some hi viz shirts that were listed as out of stock. The representative told me after doing some research that they were indeed out of that item but would check with the person that does the ordering and get back with me. I wanted to order 150 shirts overall. I never received that return call. I guess they didn't really want my business then or in the future.

Great product, fair price. Definitely do business again.

It took about a week and a half before the order was shipped out. I was pleased with the response to my inquiry when I checked in on the order. These folks are doing a good job, and could have done better getting the boots to me sooner.

The website is very cumbersome. Navigation is slow and difficult. The search does not work when using the item number directly from a garment.
