The sink we installed as per instructions is very poor. Why don’t they make them from the proper gauge of metal?, so thin and flimsy, I’ve a good mind to take it out and get a decent one !

I had an issue with my Dihl sensor bin which was out of warranty. I emailed Dihl UK and almost immediately had a response from Nathan, Customer Services Manager, who was very efficient and helpful in resolving the problem. This is customer service at its best, thanks Nathan.

Top marks for this company,emailed them re my bin lid.I got my bin just under a year ago and the lid cracked.No fuss, no quibble,just a new lid in the post.Thats what I call customer service.well done dihl

I contacted customer service via their website over a problem with a bin lid that was still under warranty. Nathan responded really quickly and was able to arrange a replacement which was delivered the very next day. All he asked for was my address to confirm the warranty - easy. I bought a monitor mount on Amazon many years ago and sadly lost the mounting plates. Just a short email, and I have been sent the replacement parts for free! Great customer service

I purchased an airfryer in November 2023. After a week the touch screen started to cause problems. The faulty part was returned and a new one replaced. Unfortunately in the 9 months of buying this air fryer we have had to contact customer services at least 5 times requesting a replacement. I am now left without an air fryer as they refuse to replace or refund because I did not send back the faulty part for the 6th time!!!! Absolutely frustrating. Will not use their service again

I purchased a Dihl sensor bin a few years ago and I had to replace the lid which was okay and it’s still working but the base of the bin has gone rusty and unsightly so I have tried to purchase a new base but cannot find one anywhere even on the Dihl site,is it possible to just replace the base please.

We recently purchased an automatic opening bin from Dihl ( SB-CRM35-RT23) and we're delighted with it. The bin is made from first rate components, we're very happy with it, it was a great choice, in fact it's the best bin we've ever bought
