Dihl sensor bin

I have had my 2 dihl sensor bins (for water and recycling) for 4 years and it works well. One of my parts got lost when I was away when someone emptied my bin, but I contacted dihl customer service who were very helpful with providing a replacement for me.

If only all companies responded to…

If only all companies responded to customer issues this way, the world would be an amazing place. Nathan in customer services was amazing, gave technical advice and when that failed to work arranged for a replacement part to be sent to me. Highly recommend Dihl based on the product and aftersales experience.

Switch Fault

The switch failed on our bin which does seem to be a weak point in an otherwise great bin. Nathan was very helpful and sent me a new switch free of charge. Relatively simple soldering job and the lid is fully working again. Great customer service!

How to handle a problem correctly.

I accept that sometimes problems occur whether buying goods online or in person. It's how the seller responds when this happens that is important, and Nathan was absolutely brilliant in my case. He responded very promptly to my e-mails and arranged for a replacement to be sent (which arrived the next day). I wish everyone performed as well as him. Top marks, Nathan. You are a credit to your employer. Thank you.

I needed replacement lid for my kitchen…

I needed replacement lid for my kitchen bin that is just fab.. I contacted this company where I dealt with Nathan through emails. He was just awesome , answered every email ( lots back and forth) quickly and with direction on how to order etc .I can honestly say it was a pleasure, and thank you Nathan for such brilliant Customer Service !! Dihl you've a good one there , Keep Him ! 😁 Paula ( very happy customer) .

Customer service!!!…

Having dealt with this company in the past, their Customer Service cannot be beaten. This is a company that actually cares for customers. Therefore any product you purchase, if a problem arises they will sort it without delay.

Great Customer Service

I contacted Dihl customer service about a replacement sensor bin lid. I had bought the original from Amazon but replacements were out of stock, both at Amazon and Dihl - it was unclear if they were coming back in stock. I wasn't expecting a warranty - but the lovely Nathan in Customer Service responded to my enquiry that same morning - he checked my order and advised that the lid was still under warranty and stocks were due in a few days. He then emailed to say stocks were in already and he would be sending me a replacement! The replacement duly arrived and is working perfectly. I am blown away by the level of Customer Service at Dihl. The products are great - and now I know that Customer Service is also great. Thanks Nathan!!
