My initial tutoring session had some internet connection issues, but the second session was great. The tutor was very informed, explained things clearly, and asked me questions to better understand want I what to learn. I learned a lot, with more sessions to come.

My tutor for my 6 year old is so patient and helps keep my son on task. His attention span will only allow for a half hour session, but she does a wonderful job of keeping him engaged. After six sessions, my child who does not like school is still loving tutoring. She’s helping him build his confidence in himself.

No one should never have to be concerned about that. But once contacted after cancellation to cancel after deduction payment the matter was handled expeditiously. Thank You Ms. Kay.

Amazing experience! My son had a really great experience with the tutor and we both get a chance to take other classes that are covered by the same membership!

Could no longer deal with the incompetence of the staff. Tutors just don’t show or cancel without notice. We loved the tutors we had for my son, when we could actually get (and keep) one on a regular basis. I don’t even think the tutors liked working there. My kid didn’t learn very much.
