The tutors were unknowledgable. My daughter complained that it took them more time to solve the problem than it took her. The classes were scheduled in late hours and the charges were for more time than used. Tutor said that he cannot adjust the charges for the time less than 1.5 hours regardless of the actual time. The service was less than impressive. And I still paid over 1.5k for that. Very disappointing.

All is well. We are still working on process.

I've only had one tutoring session and have just started so it's a little early, but everything so far has been great! Tutor is knowledgeable, articulate, nice, and seems to be a great teacher all around.
