Great service and polite staff

Excellent service. Friendly and efficient staff. Appointment for Flu jab ran to time.

I arrived prior to my booked appointment time. I informed The counter staff I had arrived for a pre-booked flujab told to sit and wait and I would be called when the pharmacist was free. I waited 25 minutes before I was asked if I was waiting by the pharmacist when I said I'd been waiting 25 minutes, she said that no one had told her I'd arrived. If I wasn't on a list to be called, what was the point of booking online? A walk in, who arrived 10 minutes after I'd arrived was seen before me. The pharmacist was very apologetic And the staff were all very friendly but lack of communication made me late for my next appointment.

Appointment easy to book. Pleasant, efficient and helpful person. Very pleased with the service.

I was in and out within minutes and both ladies I spoke to were very friendly. Always go there for my flu jab as it’s a much quicker, easier service than the GP! Staff are always lovely too.
