I love the bags from Cordae, for I have several. However the last bag purchased has an HORRIBLE chemical smell, I mean really, really bad. I've tried everything to get rid of the smell but nothing works. The chemical smell is so, do bad. This is so unfortunate because I really love the bag and haven't had this problem with my prior purchases.

Shipping took 23 days total. 16 business days to Philadelphia. Ordered a YSL Cannes, Black side bag. Very classy. Great quality. Authenticity Card present, dust bag & plastic on all hardware. Impressed as usual. Shipping is from china so consider that.

I was ten years a personal shopper with a very upscale department store. Imitation was not in my vocabulary… it HAD to be the real article! When I tell you Cordae is the best quality I have ever seen in a faux bag you can trust me! I have ordered several… some are a few years old and still look like new! Advice on you negative people get a measuring tape n read carefully because they are very transparent about their items!!

We all know that sometimes things are out of a company control.I must say if any decrepenices are found with your order, solutions are offered until you are satisfied. If there's an issue with your order, customer service is prompt about finding a resolution. I've recommended Cordae to several of my friends. During a holiday sale, they went crazy. OMG! The caliber, variety of bags, colors, and brands you get to vote on weekly is pretty cool, the choice of bags colors by season was one of there best ideas. In my recent bag purchased, I couldn't find a single flaw, it's beautiful, I can't wait to dress it up. Delivery in a timely manner is sometimes out of their control, but when you finally get your bag, it will keep you coming back. It's too bad they don't have a storefront. If you think high-end, Cordae speaks your language in quality affordable bags. Well worth the wait every time, click submit on that order chile,you won't regret it.

This is my 2nd purchased at Cordae NY. It’s a mini Gucci Horsebit 1955 and Ilove it!!! I look forward to seeing the new bags each time available. I get so many compliments every time I wear them. I don’t understand the negative reviews??? Every interaction I’ve had, any question I’ve had is answered within 48 hours (weekends) and 24 hours on business days. Shipping takes time - but that’s the way the world is since COVID, but it’s worth the wait. I think people forget that it’s not Amazon and they won’t get next day delivery. I used to work for the Postal Service, I fully understand the logistics involved. My bags arrived in under two weeks, which used to be a reasonable amount of time for people…. Before I purchased, I watched dozens of great reviews from people on YouTube who loved their bags and have had very similar experiences that I have. I feel no hesitancy in purchasing from Cordae (maybe my wallet does 😅). I LOVE my bags. They’re beautifully made, they are made from real leather (and the smell to prove it, yum 😋), and they’re so stylish. I get complimented endlessly. They give me confidence. The New York bag is gorgeous BEYOND. It’s everything you want it to be, stylish and functional, fits everything you need and more. So sturdy. I have mine stuffed full of daily essentials and it still has room for more. I want every bag in every color and I hope they make more sizes available. Buy from Cordae NY, you won’t regret it.
