Awful experience. The bag is terrible quality for the price and looks nothing like the picture. The appliques on the side aren't felt, instead it looks like weird carpet material. The belt shoulder strap had corrosion on it when I received it. And then didnt even ship out my item until almost 30 days later, after I had to reach out to them to inquire about my order. Never again. Especially with their bad "return policy". Don't waste your money or time with this company.

Beautiful bag, my fourth one! It was well packed and hardware was all protected. Very satisfied. My only concern is that it took too long to get it.

Except for some miss delivery all ws fine, the product was wonderful and great quality.

Most of your bags look authentic and have good quality

It took a month to receive the package. The handbag smelled very bad. It was rubber coated cardboard, not leather. Also, the metal turn lock and chain shoulder straps were such a fake brassy color. I wanted to return the handbag but was told it was bought on sale and was not returnable. Total scam. After 3 months of airing out the handbag, the smell is just starting to fade. Horrible product. Horrible company. Will NEVER purchase from them again.

Amazing array of reproductions. The shipping sometimes resulted in folds in the leather. Certain styles like NY are amazing.
