Effortless to order and very efficient in delivery. (In fact, it arrived a lot sooner than I anticipated!) Staff super helpful and easy to get hold of if you have any queries. If, like myself, you ordered an office chair and it appears to have arrived with no instructions - don't panic! Posturite will be in touch with you to arrange for someone to visit for a Chair Installation and Set Up. :-)

Thanks for the delivery, one little thing that was wrong. My first line of my address was 85, but when the item turned up you had B5. Lucky the postman delivered to me ok. It's for my car seat hopefully it will help my bad back. I have another one for my settee at home. Many thanks.

I returned home on the Friday to find a card stating that the delivery would be rescheduled to the monday. The delivery occurred in the morning and the delivery person was very pleasant and polite, lifting the heavy box into my hallway. The only thing i would have said would improve is if i was given an actual delivery address emailed to me in advance. If i had that i would have been able to have a neighbour sit in the address in order to take delivery.

The parcel came very quickly and the gentleman who did the delivery was very polite and helpful.
