I've booked 3 sitters now and have always had great experiences. There are some dud folks on the site, but they are easily identified by calling and talking to them ahead and meeting them in person.

I have used DogVacay many times and have used several different pet sitters. I have not had anything but wonderful experiences. Every sitter I have met has taken my dog in as one of their own. I recommend this service to all of my friends who are struggling to find a reliable pet sitter.

Brandi is truly the dog whisperer of LA! She took such great care of my Ruby, taking her on one and one and group walks. She socialized Ruby with other dogs when I myself have been too nervous to do that after an attack. She sent me daily pictures and always kept me up to date of there activities and time together. Thank you so much Brandi.

DogVacay ❤️ is an excellent website to look for a dog-sitter. I cancelled my reservations at PetSmart Petshotel and Best Friends cause I found an awesome lady at DogVacay to take care of my dog. Dogs boarding at Pets Hotel are barking too much. Plus I learned that only one worker is on duty to take care of dogs overnight.

I would only leave my dog with someone that I knew loved my dog as if he were his/her own. Kristi is the perfect example of this. Very reliable, responsive, and caring! Someone was home almost every hour of the day, and that is what I wanted for Stan because of his separation anxiety. Thank you Kristi and family!

Five star(or more!) customer service! We were cancelled by our usual sitter last minute and could not find a backup sitter who fits our requirement on our own so we contacted DogVacay. And no more than 20 min I got the phone call from the concierge. I forgot her name but she's extremely helpful, asking about my requirements, confirming days and time, and sending request to sitters who might meet our needs on our behalf. And soon enough we found a match! I couldn't recommend DogVacay/Rover enough since I do feel they put their customers in the first place.

If you're looking for an honest pet lover to look after your beloved fur kids, Dogvacay should be a thoughtless option you can interact with real people who look forward to care for your pets as their own and give you the best peace of mind possible! Our dogs had a great experience. First time at a sitter other than their groomer, and they were very relaxed upon our return. Definitely will use service again.

The sitter never showed up and left our dogs alone. This is a terrible company and the sitters are not properly vetted. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
