1. bike has arrived and kids love it 2. having a lot of respect for small business and their role was happy to transact with Toyella however small detail are what are remembered and with some foresight from Toyella would have added a shine to my international purchase 3. disappointed that seller not refund VAT which should not be applicable for export, this has been case from other Uk retailer without need to ask. 4. cost of customs and TNT service charge additional GBP45 which could have been avoided if seller give invoice showing C&F cost as GBP150 or no commercial value. 5. Net result a very expensive kids bike for my 4 yr old

I had been looking at the Bilibos for awhile and Toyella's two for £30 offer was too good to resist. My kids absolutely love playing with them. Great website, easy to use with lots of lovely products to choose from. Will definitely shop here again.

I have bought from Toyella on line before looking for an unusual gift for a child so this time I was happy to order to be delivered direct. It arrived in good time well wrapped and with my personal message on the label. The wooden puzzle in a sturdy hat box was well received by a six year old. Excellent all round.
