Toyella have been great trying to sort the problem out but DPD in ireland are of no help at all. I have had to be on the phone for hours to try and sort the delivery out, even had to call DPD UK, they were the only ones that could give me some info. I still have not received the parcel and it has been in the country for a week now. I only give three stars due to a bad choice of delivery service in ireland.

Brilliant website for toys of all ages, original and educational gifts, managed to buy nearly all my christmas presents here. Well packed and fast to arrive, no complaints from me :)

Delivery was very quick and the ordering process was very easy. My son hasn't opened the toys yet as these are Christmas presents but they look as shown in the website.

It's nice to find an online shop that fully delivers ( no pun ) and has a straightforward, honest interface. Top marks for following up after sales.

We had no problem browsing relevant toys for our kids. It was SO much nicer than trawling round Amazon, to be honest... the products are well selected and very relevant when browsing by age group. The checkout process was easy, and then the delivery was quick with no hassle. In short, a very slick operation and I would use them again without a moment's hesistation.

I bought 4 large Oogies thinking the grandchildren could have fun with their strong suction cups joining them together. Although the product was good quality felt it was let down by the strength of the suction, it was less than I was led to believe from the advert.

These people know what they are doing and know how to do it. They have an engaging and appealing site .Moreover they respond well if problem occurs. If they were a shop, they would rock.
