Frustrating experience with the web site. I tried to order product #OCEP 16172. In addition to the other item. I could not get it to add to the cart so finally gave up. I would still like this item but repeated attempts to purchase get the same results. Is this still available?. I want the sign in aluminum 14x10 @ 20.00.

I ordered product on 16 Sept., It did not ship until 22 Sept. The website was confusing, I couldn't change size of sign until I exited out of site and emptied shopping cart. I have not received item yet, so I would not judge it's quality yet.
