Very poor quality latex that doesn’t last more than a few wears, and customer service hasn’t responded to my initial email, have chased again. 2 Garments are damaged only after 3-4 times of wear and being taken care of well. I emailed customer service on the 27th Oct and still no response.

I had a great experience at honor, as someone quite inexperienced with these sorts of things I found the customer service really welcoming and helpful, it really made the whole experience a lot nicer! The products themselves were also great, would definitely come back again!
Don’t shop in store if you want a refund
Adjusting the review as they did end up refunding me in the end after stating the consumer rights act. Have advised them they should at least have a sign up in store or make sure it’s clearly printed on the receipt. ——————————— Disappointed with the customer service, was going to buy a few items online but saw they had a store in Waterloo so decided to take a trip up to London (it’s a 2 hour journey for me but thought I’d tie it in as part of a day trip) to make my purchase as I wanted to see what else they had in stock in person. I usually prefer buying in person where I can. At no point was I informed returns for a refund couldn’t be made back in store,it doesn’t state this anywhere on their website (and I have screenshots of this), it doesn’t state this on their receipt (which I still have and bought to store to show them) , the staff member never informed me about this either. I made a journey back to the store as one of the dresses I bought did not fit well, the contour wasn’t fitting right in the chest area. I bought my receipts back and it was only that one item out of the 3 I bought I wanted to refund. The staff member remembered me from the week prior, to my surprise the she said they can’t do refunds but can offer me an exchange or credit.despite their website saying returns for refund can be made within 30 days of purchase. There’s literally nothing else they had in store that I wanted, it was a £74.99 dress and as it was they didn’t have many options in store in my size last time I visited either, nor did they have any of the newer items, not that I would want them after this. I just wanted my refund. I rang customer service and spoke to “Ben”, he said it was their “terms and conditions” but was unable to find the information, regardless of where it might be hidden. He then said he’d have to ask his manager, when I asked him to transfer me to them, he said she wasn’t in and would get “Rachel” to contact me tomorrow. I’ve asked him to send me an email confirmation of the call, will see if that actually happens (so far nothing a half hour later). If I’d have known or had this store policy made clear, I would have just ordered online. They are breaching the sale of goods act and given this was my first ever experience with this company, I’m so very disappointed in their lack of clarity and service after sales. Hopefully the manager does give me a refund, I won’t be shopping with this company again if they don’t. Then again, I’m sure they make enough money not to care.
Fantastic company
I was a bite worried after reading some of the reviews. I ordered two items and realize one of the items was my mistake as i ordered wrong size in corset. I ordered a pvc body and it was very small for its size. Contact company messaged me straight away and approved my return, and exchanged goods. I would say some of the clothing isn't true to size so you may want to go a size up. The clothing is fantastic quality and great customer service will order again.
Amazing
One of the handiest shopping experiences I've ever had. Ordered 2 pairs of gloves and they arrived to Ireland within a few days, even over a bank holiday weekend, which is brilliant service. Honour also took care of customs taxes at source. You can't ask for a better service than that
