Easy ordering system, good stock, excellent value, swift communication and next day delivery for a small extra cost but I saved a large amount on 4 large yankee candles and will be a regular buyer on this site. Would recommend.

Placed an order for 2 jugs 1 was refunded as it over sold!! Then other arrived damaged and no stock to replace it having to wait untill they recieve it back before refund will be issued , understandable if i had changed my mind and wanted to return but it was damaged . Both were ment to be gifts. A complete waste of my time.

When my favorite one got a chip and a crack in it, Kerry and her team helped to find the replacement of the exact same mug as I couldn't find it on your website. My favorite mugs are the Artist illustrations ie Van Gogh, Monet... I did order the Jack Russel mug this time as it is soooo cute even though my dog is a Shitzu Maltese. Big thanks to Kerry and her team for the excellent service. These mugs also make great gifts so I will definitely order again and again, so I joined the club? or whatever it is. This has become my go to site to buy Yankee Candles from. They have a wide selection of fragrancies and sell the candles at a decent price. I have bought from the website a couple of times now and on both occasions the candles have arrived on time and were very well packaged. I will continue to buy from this website. All in all a hassle free experience.

Placed an order of over £100.00 for 7 dunoon mugs and other items. The Dunoon mugs were beautiful as expected but did not arrived boxed as they are expensive I thought that the way they were presented on arrival was unacceptable. I contacted the Customer Service Manager and she presented abrupt and patronising. We had to agree to disagree on the packaging. I could not see on the site were you could buy the boxes only that they could be gift wrapped which I did not want as I wanted to see the mugs before gifting them. The Manager then told me that the boxes would cost 79 p each then in a email she said the cost had now gone up to 99p each that day. She said she would pay the postage if I bought the boxes. I had no option I had to buy the boxes. On checking my bank account they have taken £10.92 for postage and packaging of 7 boxes. I am so disappointed with their service but delighted with the Dunoon Pottery. I also ordered a friends light up bottle but again I was disappointed with this as it did not light up. So disappointed with their front line staffs attitude. This was the first order I have made to this company and I am afraid it will be my last. Can,t believe how much time I have wasted, emailing, phoning, and now reviewing

I ordered a scented candle with a personalised photo label for my Mum. It was very easy to upload, change and edit the photo to the website. The candle arrived quickly and was well packaged, my Mum is going to love it.

Fast delivery and they made sure everything was protected properly. I am very happy with their service. Am definitely shopping there again!
