I've ordered lots of Yankee candles and tarts from temptation gifts and I'm so happy with the service everything's always arrived quicker than expected fantastically packed. I had to call customer services once as I forgot to add something to my order they were so so helpful and gave me a free delivery code so I didn't have to pay extra postage which was great.. I highly recommend this company they are totally awesome

Well what can I say about this company. Well I used to get Yankee from QVC. But this company has same price all year round most large jars £14.99 all the latest candles when released and all well packed. What would be nice is to build collections like qvc. But I plan to get all this years remaining 16 candles from this company

Purchased a Ted Baker Opulent Bloom Card Holder, there were 2 dirty marks inside and a scratched mirror. Customer Services promised a refund. Seven days after posting back I am still waiting for the refund. Opened a dispute with Paypal but Temptation Gifts have not responded to Paypal. Do yourself a favour and keep away from this company.

I stay in France an all of my order arrived very fast (and for few shipping). Excellent package, nothing broken. One time i got a defectuous object, then they replace it promptly. Just perfect :)

Arrived promptly goods better than expected

I had no problem with with the website or delivery time but I was very disappointed with the size of the plaque I ordered. I would have preferred to have spent more money and got a larger size

My order was sent to the US and arrived very promptly. The box was securely wrapped and the mug had bubble wrap around it and foam bits all around to cushion it ensuring it arrived to us safe and sound. I highly recommend this company.
