Ordered a money pot, shipped to Canada. Came super quick for international shipping, I was impressed. Unfortunately, the item arrived broken from shipping, even though it was VERY well packaged - fragile stickers, double boxed, lots of foam packing peanuts. Contacted customer service and had another impressive experience with a detailed response and offer of replacement, even though policy dictates refunds only on international orders. Another pot is on its way and I sincerely hope that the shipping carriers treat it with better care this time around. I even offered to cover half the cost of shipment for replacement pot, as it certainly was no fault of temptation gifts, and they refused! Just amazed at the level of care and service provided. A++ all around!

Used temptation gifts on and off for a number of years now, love the selection they have and the quickness of their orders. On this occasion i was disappointed, the order was not dispatched as it states on the website, therefore late arriving, when speaking to customer services they said "just send it back" !! no apology. I did, parcel unopened and now they do not refund me full ££s back as something missing !!! How ?? when it was returned as sent.

This is a great wee company I stumbled upon by accident when looking for a present for a friend of mine's child, delivery was next day, the gift was well packaged and arrived in good condition all in all I would use this company again, they have an excellent amount of choice of products all for a lower price. I purchased two square wood tooth fairy boxes, one in blue and one in pink. They are well made and the fairy sitting atop the box is sweet and whimsical. The remaining details on the boxes were equally sweet. I looked for just the right tooth fairy boxes and these are the cutest.
