It is always difficult to find the "right" expression of sympathy but we think it was much easier with Gift Tree. We are sure it will be as lovely as other gifts we have purchased from the company. The only difficult part is the delivery charge--WOW! It sure runs up the bill quickly. Of course, there is no way we could deliver it personally (COVID, distance, health rules, etc.) but I must admit, it gives one second thoughts when ordering. However, that alone will probably not keep our family from checking for unique and very nice gifts and hopefully, next time will be for a more joyous occasion.

Plant was damaged, fell out of planter. Dirt was all over box and most of plant was broken off. I called Gift Tree and they were sympathetic . My daughters birthday gift was a disaster . They sent another one out and it will arrive tomorrow . Hope it’s better then the first one. I’m pleased with customer service.
